    Lightingindoors offers the following shipping services


• Fedex

• USPS Mail, etc.

    Shipments will be shipped USPS services unless otherwise requested. Oversized items not serviced by USPS will be shipped via UPS/Fedex or even trucking services. Shipping and handling charges will be billed based on the actual weight or dimensional weight, whichever is higher of each box used for packing. COD charges will apply for COD shipments. Lightingindoors will try to provide the lowest possible shipping method for its customers.



    No exchanges or returns will be made unless item was received damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Lightingindoors. We cannot accept returns for the following items:

• Any item with no original box.

• Any item that has been used.

   Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error are subject to a 20% handling charge. Lightingindoors will only give credit for merchandise received based on original claim called into office.



   Lightingindoors will ensure the best quality of products is shipped to our customers. All orders are scanned and checked to make sure orders are fulfilled correctly. Please inspect all merchandise carefully for any damages or defects upon receipt of item. Any damages or defective products should be reported to Lightingindoors within 10 days upon receipt of order. Failure to do so within the time specified may result in forfeiture of credit for damaged/defective items. Incorrect items will only be refunded if it is due to our error.
